Role: Technical Manager / Expert
Built the foundation data platform for the entire ADAS team in the Firefly business division, from 0 to 1. Established data formats, data transmission protocols, and technical standards, then executed projects to build and operate the platform efficiently.
For test vehicles, the platform collected 6.1 million clips in 2.5 years from April 2023 to August 2025. For user vehicles, it handled more than 2 billion files with monthly traffic of more than 46 million visits.

Role: Technical Manager / Staff Engineer
Established a data visualization and analytics platform by collecting ADAS data from more than 250,000 user vehicles. The platform enabled real-time signal analysis and statistical monitoring.
Reduced the peak data loss rate from 50% to under 5% and decreased data latency from hours to under 5 seconds, enabling near real-time analysis. Tuned the data ETL pipeline to remain stable while handling fluctuations between peak and off-peak hours.

Role: Technical Manager / Expert
Established the software CI/CD process for Firefly Autonomous Driving from the ground up. Integrated software from ADAS, chassis, and telematics into a unified package, managing releases across multi-chip architectures, multiple operating systems, and multiple programming languages.
Successfully delivered 450+ releases of the FYAD software package. A single CI/CD operations engineer supported 30+ software developers.

Scope: A large set of online freelance projects focused mainly on automation-related problem solving.
Work performed: Custom scripting, web automation, data handling, and project-specific implementation for remote clients.
