Adventure - Data Platform for Engineering Vehicles
Period: April 2023 - August 2025 | Position: Technical Manager/Expert
Description: Built the foundation data platform for the entire ADAS team in Firefly business division, from 0 to 1. Established data format, data transmission protocol and technical standards, executed various projects to build up the data platform and operate it efficiently.
Results: For test vehicles, collection of 6.1 million clips in 2.5 years from Apr 2023 to Aug 2025. For user vehicles, more than 2 billion files, monthly traffic of more than 46 million visits.
Logsim - Software in Loop Simulation of ADAS Functions
Period: October 2023 - August 2024 | Position: Technical Manager/Expert
Description: Developed a cloud-based functional simulation system to identify bugs and performance issues during functional development, providing validation and regression testing reports for functional algorithms.
Results: Designed the technical architecture for the cloud LogSim system, enabling the concurrent execution of up to 260 test cases across 18 servers. Developed a large-scale, K8S-based cloud simulation system capable of executing 60+ test cases simultaneously.
Mecha - CI/CD Platform
Period: October 2022 - December 2022 | Position: Technical Manager/Expert
Description: Established the software CI/CD process for Firefly Autonomous Driving from the ground up. Integrated software from domains including ADAS, chassis, and telematics into a unified package. Managed software releases involving multi-chip architectures, multiple operating systems, and various programming languages.
Results: Successfully delivered 450+ releases of the FYAD software package. A single CI/CD operations engineer supported 30+ software developers.
Observer - SUD ADAS Data Platform
Period: June 2019 - June 2020 | Position: Technical Manager/Staff Engineer
Description: Established a data visualization and analytic platform by collecting ADAS data from over 250,000 user vehicles, enabling real-time signal analysis and statistical monitoring.
Results: Reduced the peak data loss rate from 50% to under 5%. Decreased data latency from hours to under 5 seconds, enabling near real-time analysis. Tuned the data ETL pipeline to ensure stability and handle data fluctuations between peak and off-peak hours.
Luna - ADAS Data System for QA Vehicle
